North Shore Bunker Residence
Nestled in quiet Tofte MN and sitting on the shoreline of magnificent Lake Superior, this home has been designed and built with the utmost care and attention to detail. Owing to the structural capability and energy efficiency of this building we were recognized with the National Association of Home Builders 2022 Building Systems Council, Jerry Rouleau Award for Excellence in Home Design, for panelized homes 3001-4000 square feet.
The Minnestuga
Another award the company received this year was the Building Excellence Award for SIPA Renovations which went to the Minnestuga. This modern 1970 A-Frame cabin is settled on Devil Track Lake along the Gunflint Trail and uses Energy Panel Structures materials with Kebony siding.
